Kharma Yoga is located in the centre of the Occitaine near the Black Mountains in the Midi-Pyrennees region of France and is a place of total tranquility and beauty.
The Yoga Room @ The Silk Farm
The Yoga Room has a hardwood floor and is equipped with air conditioning, electric opening skylights, and excellent lighting. The space is perfect for a group of up to 14 practitioners.
It has a full set of props including everything required for an Iyenger style workshop. Props include mats, pune style belts, wooden blocks, chairs, bolsters, sandbags, and blankets, as well as wall ropes for up to 6 people.
Accommodation
The accommodation at The Silk Farm is structured as 2 independent homes - the large main house with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the adjoining guest house with another 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom in the main house and 1 bedroom in the guest house have en-suite bathrooms.
Between the 2 houses there are 2 fully appointed kitchens.
Retreats at the Silk Farm
The team at Kharma Yoga offer two approaches to retreats - one in which our resident teachers lead a program for attendees and another where use you our facilities and services to run your own program.
